If your goal is to join the MV Mediation roster, handle court referred small claims, housing or civil cases, take on estate, divorce, family or juvenile cases; an apprenticeship and additional course work may be required.     Advanced Mediation with Families, Juveniles, Divorcing and Separating Relationships – Session Four

    Mediating keeping relationships in mind. Discussion topics include creating trust, learning the MA divorce and unmarried parent/partner legal system, creating a productive environment. This course is interactive and the topics will tailored based on the experience level and interests of participants.  Only for experienced mediators.
