Introduction to Mediation Basics Course — Session Three
This course is for those who want to learn the process of mediation in order to provide mediation services through their workplace or organization. If your goal is to join the MV Mediation roster, handle court referred small claims, housing or civil cases, take on estate, divorce, family or juvenile cases; an apprenticeship and additional course work may be required. Join managers and supervisors in a weekly confidential cohort. Participants receive support and insight into their workplace dilemmas and utilize the case study model in an interactive and participatory process.
This 10-session course uses the book: Conflict Management in the Workplace: How to manage disagreements and develop trust and understanding by Shay and Margaret McConnon.
